Five thousand pistols were smuggled from China to Korea, and the Chinese government sent a probational agent to handle the case. The agent, Yoo Da Hee (Lee Sun Bin), was supposed to meet the NIS black agent at a private investigator’s office. But there is a problem: she mistakes Woo Soo Han (Kim Young Kwang), the PI, as the NIS agent and suggests a joint investigation to locate the guns. Soo-han initially refuses the offer, but a bag full of money eventually wins him over. But their noisy and wild joint ‘covert’ operation soon draws other’s attention.
